White Sheep...

Easter is over,
and the rabbits have had their day...

The sheep believe their day has come...

(click photos to enlarge)

A small flock of random sheep has gathered...
grazing on my cut lace tablecloth,
under the cover of a wire vase filled with
Rainer Cherry Bloosoms.

I just love this sweet vintage lamb...
frolicking among some Fuji Cherry bloosoms,
he is so precious!

This sheep is a reproduction of an iron bank...
I love his faux patina.

A fluffy ceramic sheep,
with the sweetest face.

Today I am joing Kathleen at Faded Charm
for WHITE WEDNESDAY

Thanks for stopping by,

Love the sheep. I have an old sheep bank. She's sitting with her legs curled up underneath. One of my favorite pieces. I also have a concrete lamb in the same position on the breakfast room floor. Never fails to make me smile. They are seen in the Alabama Stone Cottage Home Tour, if you're interested.

I used to collect sheep, until one day my son counted them and I had more than 350! I gave them all away, too much of a good thing. My friends still think of me when they see sheep.
I love the flower holder.

Aha, a collector of sheep! I like the last ceramic one you showed. Funny, I have been pushing a little hand-made knitted lamb around my desk that a girlfriend brought back from Ireland.
I don't collect these so it's more of a nuisance than anything. Maybe I should bundle the little one up and send it to you.
My email is on LC blog if you think you'd like to add to your flock and send me your address.
Sorry to read about one of your dogs passing away in your previous post. We only have one at a time and when they pass, it is really tough.
Wishing you happy memories.
