It's Pink Saturday's Second Birthday!

So.... I made a Cake,
Sweet and Fluffy Pink Icing...
Then I decorated it with Flowers!
I have always wanted to do this..
and thought this way the perfect time
to be uber girlie!
A Ring of Pink Panda Strawberry Blooms..
Clusters of Tiny Cecile Brunner Roses,
and Wisps of Cat Mint.
A Pink Delight!

A work of art Bella! I used to make so many pink heart-shaped cakes for our girls for their birthday and usually added pansies to the top for June; November got sprinkles. :-)

That is undoubtably the most beautiful cake I have ever seen!!!! It's a real work of art and I don't think I could have cut into it, even though cake is a favorite of mine!!!
Of course, pink is my very favorite color; it's so soft and comforting to me.

I wonder if you would share what type of frosting you used for the cake? Not asking for the recipe (but would love it!) just what type it might be. I can't get over how fluffy it looks, so perfect for a birthday cake!
