White Enchantments...

The sun shone softly on the garden today..
A perfect time to search for enchantments:-)

(click photos to enlarge)

The Fairy Lilies are standing tall,
and in full bloom...

Their little blooms dangling...

The roses have burst open over the front arbor...
This Rose is High Hopes

The Royal Wedding Poppy..
with a little bee...

I thought even the Poppy Pods were so pretty
with their velvety purple tops..

I wove my Lady of the Garden a wreath for her hair,
of Clover, Toad Flax,  and Lavender Buds...
just for fun:-)

This is June and the month of weddings.
(what is more enchanting then romance?)
Queen Victoria wore a Grand Wreath of Orange Blossoms
In her hair at her wedding.

My blossoms are only Mock Orange,
but they are one of my garden favorites.

On days like today when it is half rain and half sun
the humidity really draws out the scent
and the garden is rich in fragrance.

A little pink slipped into the whites...

The delicate Ballerina Rose sways softly in the breeze,
a vision in her simplicity.

Today I am joining...

What a beautiful garden! Those roses are delightful. Mine are fading with the heat, but they were splendid this Spring. I enjoyed my visit. Thank you
