Good Things come in Threes...

There had been a drought here,
no it's not in the weather...

It's in garage sales!

So today, I had to go poking around
and find a bit of rainy day fun...

(click photos to enlarge)

For me it seems good things always come in threes...

Like these three Limoges plates
I found at a local thrift store..

Limoges always cheers me up!

How could it not?

With it's delicate ruffled rim
and dainty flowers...

So completely feminine...

Do you remember the hot pink Primrose
I showed you
a couple weeks ago?

The flowers keep blooming
each time a softer pink...

It's now the softest shade
of what I call ballerina pink...

Did you take ballet lessons as a girl?
this was the color of my leotard and tutu.

See,  I was a pink girl from the start :-)

Stop by and visit Beverly for more pink fun!
and

Thanks for visiting me today!

Hi Bella
Great finds as usual, very pretty plates with delicate pink roses.
You would have been proud of me today - I drove to the town north of us to an antique mall that had 2 floors full of stuff. (lots of buttons too)
I bought a few things but was looking for teacups for a swap and treated myself to a couple too.

Hi Bella, Your limoges dishes were a wonderful find! I can see why they make you happy. And yes, I did have pink ballet things when I was little, and to tell you the truth, I have pink ballet slippers in my closet to wear when I want to feel extra dainty and light on my feet! Linda

Hi Bella! Yes, I did study ballet as a child and I wanted very much to be a dancer. Alas, my life took a different turn! I even went back to dancing as an adult for awhile, and I still have my pretty pink ballet slippers and my pink pointe shoes. I adore Limoges. You had a great find. This time of year in Pennsylvania, the yard sale is non-existent. It gives us something to look forward to in the Spring! Have a lovely weekend. Terri

Hi Bella~ Your pinks are delightful!! Love Limoges too- I found a chocolate pot and cups at a garage sale once- Love them! I have a question about facebook- how do you make a page like you have? I signed up and think I did it all wrong! Is there a specific place or way to do that for blogs?
