Beaded Heart Pillow...

I am a bit of a magazine hoarder,
I am sure many of you understand...

I recently began trying to organize my magazines.
I decided to sort by month,
so they were easy to browse for inspiration...

(click photos to enlarge)

 I was surprised to learn
My February issues outnumbered my December issues,

Romance is alive and well in my heart :-)

Of course Victoria Magazine leads the way
in Romance...

I was thrilled when I bought last years issue.
The cover featured a little beaded heart pillow,
much like one I already owned...

Don't you love to see your pretties in a magazine?

I thought it would be fun to
mimic their vignette...

They always get the details right,

I love how the cup's handle serves as the napkin's ring,
so casual and elegant...

If the napkin has a delicate heart design
all the better...

Tonight I am joining...

and

to Celebrate Victoria Magazine

Thanks for visiting me today!

You should come I'd love to meet you ;) The Whimsical Whites gals will be with us again, filled with sweet Valentine goodness...hope to see you!

I'm a bit of a Hoarder period... so I totally understand! *winks* Magazines I had to finally go thru and only keep fav pages and make Inspiration Books... of which I have a vast Library of now... the longer you live, well, the more Mag inspiration you acquire I guess! *LOL* Loving your beaded Heart Pillow. Yes, exciting when some of your lovelies are in fav Mag spreads... even better when you fall in love with a piece in a Mag AND THEN stumble across it in your Junquing expeditions! My fav 'score' like that was an Italian Rose Tole standing birdcage that was profiled in a Romantic Homes Mag and I found the exact one in an obscure little Antique Shop years later, my Heart leapt out of my chest and I HAD to have it!

Hi Bella
You created a vignette just as romantic as the one from Victoria.
I have stacks of gardening magazines that I'm trying to condense but I'll always keep the Victoria issues.
Have a great weekend.

Your vignette is so romantic. The napking, the color of those roses, takes my breath away. Victoria would like to featured that vignette on their cover some day. I love the current issue that gave you the inspiration. However, going back and forth, I can honestly say to me, personally, I love your vignette just a bit better.
