It's been a true spring day...
bright blue skies,
followed by fresh April showers...
and repeat...
So I gave up
hunting Dandelions...
and decided to decorate my mantle...
What is spring without birds?
or flowers?
I made a little banner,
back in the winter...
anticipating spring!
doesn't spring
just make you wanna sing along
with all the birds?
a trio of baby blue birds...
what could be happier?
I let my unemployed watering cans
serve as vases today...
the delicate blooms of the Service Berry tree...
the tattered blooms of the Bradford Pear...
go on and SING!
(you know you want to!)
Tonight I am joining...
and
Thanks for stopping by today...

That's such a pretty mantle, Bella! The way you put the flowers and birds together looks so lovely. The robins have been singing here for days now, each morning and again at twilight. It's such a lovely sound. I may just join them in a little song later! Enjoy this beautiful day.

Your mantle is lovely! I just adore birdcages and your idea of putting it front and center on the mantle is genius. Love the spring flowers and birdies, too.

How beautiful! I'm glad I stopped by your blog, just lovely. I just recently posted a tablescape using Bradford Pear tree blossoms, aren't they just beautiful! I love them and think they are easily overlooked when it comes to using them in arrangements. I look forward to viewing your upcoming future posts :) Melissa
