 something new is blooming,
it's happening too fast!

Come along
and I'll show you some end of April favorites...

Jacobs Ladder is already beginning to bloom...

it's grape juice scent
wafting on the breeze...

here come the Columbines too...

there has been a lot of work...

and puppy play...

Cosmo is glad his sisters are past the baby stage
and more fun to play with...

yes!   he needs the exercise (shhhh :-) )

the bog of the pond is bursting in bloom..

and Buttercup (shhh :-) )

fishes are swimming...

I bought new flowering baskets for the gazebo...

Fushia and Bacopa,
what a fun pairing!

the young Clematis is climbing...

Forget-Me-Nots and Violets...

a pairing Monet would love...

a shady resting spot,
a place to breathe in all the goodness of spring...

Today I am joining...

Your gardens are magical Bella! I especially LOVE blue flowers, but your perfusion is breathtaking! We are getting some much needed rains and My tree peonies are beginning to open. I MAY HAVE to just cut some and bring them in before the rains SHORTEN their MUCH TO SHORT lives...
I "WISH" someone would give us a BLUE PEONY... I bought one that SAID BLUE "YEARS AGO", it is HOT PINK! But still gorgeous!
Have a FUN Friday,
Hugs,
Donna

Yes! You have an unusual number of blue and purple blooms. Your Garden looks all ready for a tour! Fabulous! I love that shot with the wheelbarrow. And fun to see the pups cavorting! I took a shot of our first rose unfurling. I hope to post it by the weekend. Oh yes! I LOVE the English daisies! xx

What a fresh breathe of spring your post is for all of us lucky readers. I love the girls playing in the garden. Nothing so nice as seeing cats, dogs or kids at play. I love the columbine flowers but do not seem to be able to grow them in the South. Alas, I will enjoy yours and dream.

How lovely your garden looks, mine is wet and soggy and mostly still green as the cold, wet weather has held back all the flowers. Are your 'English Daisies' growing wild or are they used as a garden plant? I love them but most people here regard them as a lawn weed or a flower of fields and hedgerows.

I see what color is popular in your gardens right now and that is purple and lavender and blue. Beautiful blooms. Daisy's are so pretty.

Your garden is just so lovely, Bella. I'm sure it's a lot of work, but the rewards are wonderful judging from these pretty photographs! I've always loved Columbine... to me thay always look like tiny ballerinas with their arms outstretched and small puffy petticoats of tulle. Enjoy the weekend in your beautiful gardens!

Hello Bella
Your gardens have such a pretty cottage quality to them. It must be your choice of flowers and colours.
I like the hanging basket combo too.
I can't imagine 3 dogs running through the beds, one is enough. :-)
