Eye Candy...

I have made it out and about
to a few garage sales lately...

I seem to randomly, unexpectedly
come upon a theme...

an impromptu collection...

I must be craving sparkle,
and sweetness...

because,
I have been picking up crystal candy dishes...

filling them with
eye candy...

garden fresh,
with lets call it dew...

(because I really am tired of calling it rain)

Eden...

Harlow Carr...

delicate and soooo sweet....

Winchester Cathedral...

deliciously white,
with a tiny tinge of pink at the edge...

the Queen of Sweden...

regal,
amazing...

my nose is doing
 a happy dance....

Today I am joining...
and

Thanks for visiting me today...

Just look at these beautiful armloads! A pile of roses must make the most wonderful scent! That's the payoff for all that rainfall. We got a little spit (not even a drizzle) of rain today. But it was dark all afternoon! Weird!

Hi Bella, I just had to comment today, I have been having a rough last three months, taking care of my ailing parents, I visit your blog whenever you post, just because I know I am going to feel so much better afterwards. Your posts are always so beautiful and your flowers and gardens are gorgeous. I just want to thank you so much for brightening my day! Have a wonderful week. Hugs, Terri

Bella: Just beautiful roses. They certainly put good use to those pretty crystal dishes. We've had heavy rain today along with thunder and lightening. Hope that makes my roses look as beautiful..Happy Tuesday..Judy

Hi Bella,
I love the delicate beauty of all your roses in their pretty vases.
I enjoyed going along on your Sunday drive too.
Our weather has changed here from unusually sunny and warm to cold ,windy and wet. I am hoping it doesn't last.
Do you like your 50mm lens? Your pics are always amazing!

Dear BElla,

Such a beautiful post! You already have roses. Mine are still full of buds. I can't wait for them to look as pretty as yours.

The crystal vases are wonderful finds. I bought a little one recently too.

Have a lovely day!

Gorgeous roses. And what a variety! As I was looking at the pictures, I really wanted to smell them. I probably should visit my local rose garden, so my nose can do a happy dance too ;-)

Happy dance, indeed! Your home and garden must have been so sweet-smelling while all the roses were blooming. I'm guessing many of these are the lovely gift you received last year from your husband? They're all just so beautiful. (And nothing shows off a rose so well as a crystal vase or bowl!)
