Winter Roses...

Here we are,
smack dab in the middle of winter...

I miss my Rose Garden...

so,
I enjoy my Winter Roses...

bundles of tiny Paper Roses
are so
whimsical...

an Apothecary Jar
of Dried Rose Buds
the cure
for what ails you...

Rose Petal Sprinkles...

Paper Roses
to reflect upon..

the soft whisper
of  Painted Roses...

on a Limoges Sugar bowl,
doubly sweet...

Hand Painted Roses
are always
so Romantic...

and when all else fails...

Indulge!

I had planned to share this post last week,
but,  we have been fighting a nasty bug at my house....

we are on the mend,
but worn out...

I have a lot to get caught up on,
so,
I will see you next week...

I Wish You
the Very Sweetest Of Valentines Days...

 Love and Roses to you....

Your roses are lovely, Bella - painted, paper, dried and fresh! A delight to the eyes on a gray winter day. Glad you are on the mend - Happy Valentine's Day! xo Karen

Hi Bella, beautiful rose post! As much as I like dried roses, paper roses, painted roses, nothing beats the "real deal"! That is why fresh cut roses are never getting old :-)!
Wishing you that you over come "the bug" soon and your energy fully returns!

So glad I popped in. Your images warmed my heart today, Bella.
I'm happy you are on the mend from "the bug" that seems to be hitting so many this year.
Happy Valentines Day to you, too!

I'm so sorry you've been ill, Bella! Wishing you good health soon. Thank you for all these lovely roses.... it's true they do lift one's spirits when the gardens are asleep and the wind is howling outside. And yours are so lovely.... paper, painted, dried, and living. Just beautiful! Have a sweet Valentine's Day.

Oh how lovely. I can almost smell the roses. I think this year I will dry some if any of mine bloom and do what you have done. Putting them in glass jars. I do that with lavender but had forgotten about roses. Woo hoo roll on Spring
