Summer Slips Away...

As Summer slips away today,
and we welcome Autumn...

I thought I would share
a mini garden tour...

an assortment of unshared photos
 from the Summer past...

it was a record breaking hot year
here in my corner of the Pacific Northwest...

I spent a lot of the time
looking for shady nooks in the garden...

bold and bright...

lanky Roses in the morning sun...

the Hydrangea's happy hues...

Perfect in Pink...

now that the weather is cooling
and the rain returning,
the Roses are gearing up for a curtain call...

I am sure
there will be a few more garden tours before frost...

I hope you will come along...

Thanks for stopping by...

Hi Bella
Thanks for dropping by my blog for a visit. Despite the heat you had this summer, your garden still had stunning flowers to enjoy. Our summer was cool and rainy and a few plants didn't flower at all.
Happy Autumn!

Despite the hot weather your roses are doing great, love the colours of the Hydrangeas. I'm looking forward to more garden tours and I wonder how your funny 'girls' are doing, have not seen them for a long time.
