Branching Out...

We had some tree work
 done...

the big Thundercloud Plums
needed tidying up...

the tree trimmers came
just as the blooms were starting to pop...

a pink storm...

so you know what they say

If life gives you Lemons
make Lemonade...

I gathered up bundles
and filled my big
French Bucket up...

and
enjoyed the show...

they just cheer up
my Winter weary heart...

I hope your week is off to
 a cheery start too...

Thanks for stopping by...

My dear Bella, how can you have a winter weary heart when you have BLOSSOMS? Seriously, every single square inch of my world is fully and deeply covered in snow. My husband was "fencing like King Arthur's Knight" with huge ice cycles today. Maybe I will post about it, was hilarious.

LOVE your pretty pink blooms on your branches. Golly they are a sight for sore b/c they're blinded-by-snow eyes!

Sweet! Perfect in your French bucket. And such a pretty place to show them. Love the details on that window on your mantel!

Your blossoms are so early, usually the same kind of plum is blooming here too at this time of year. I have been looking and looking at the tree, but no, no blossoms yet. Wonderful pictures Bella!

Dear Bella, I think the blooms are early this ywear on the West Coast. My plum is ready to burst into blossom and the cherries have almost finished in ear Vancouver BC flew in from Tropical Queensland Australia yesterday. Pink magnolias were in full bloom.
Photo one is a gem. Enjoy your blog, thank you. Regards Janine

Gorgeous Bella! The only blooms I can get to look like that are fake branches from Michael's or Hobby Lobby!

Bella, gorgeous! I love them in the bucket and in front of the window frame. My neighbor always trims his tree and gives me some of the branches but for some reason he forgot this year. Makes me want to cry to see yours..Happy Tuesday..Judy
