A Bright Spot....

This morning I looked out my front window,
to see another gloomy day...

but then....

I saw my Snowdrops
are starting to pop open...

their nodding heads
are barely open...

but,
yelling loud and clear...

Hello,
I'll bet you missed me!

and, just like that
the sun peeked out for just a minute...

and the little Snowdrops
glowed pure white in all their glory...

I gathered a little handful...

I tucked them in my shortest vases,
because their stems are still so short...

the front vase
is just a small vintage perfume bottle...

not much else exciting happened around here today,
but it was still enough...

a promise,
of fresh garden flowers...
the hope for an early Spring...

Thanks for stopping by today....

Bella, these are charming! I've wanted to plant some snow drops in my garden. Others get them to grow here, so thought I'd give it a go. You've reminded me to get some planted.

What lovely little blooms. It is the small things like this that can bring joy and light to a dreary day.

I would love to see them in our yard, but all I see is piled up snow. I have to remember that there is still two more months of winter and than Spring will be here.

HI Bella,
Stopping by to see the beauty here, it's been far to long, I love the vintage bottles with flower best, or even jars over a vase.
The bottles and snowdrops look magazine perfect here In The vignettes you created.

I also wanted to tell you I use to live in a small town of Redmond Washington when I was young girl, and also Out on lake Washington. We use to attend the ...Puyallup Fair your small home town.
Your iggies are so adorable our one named PIA BLEU has turned two (2) she is the last photo in my new post.
We would love to add another one as a companion friend for her so she has a friend to cuddle with as well, and give us a bit of free time.

Well my dear I am off to see what I may have missed in your older postings.

See you soon.

Xx
Dore
