Shamrock Cloche...

I saw this sweet cloche in the store..
and I could not resist!
I went back and looked three times,
and finally gave in and bought it.

I have set in up simpily, for Saint Patricks Day.
I put some glittery shamrocks in a silver mint julip cup.
and set the cloche on this green cabbage leaf plate.

I can't wait to decorate it for Easter..
I will be joining Marty at A Stroll Through Life
on April 2 for Her SPRING CLOCHE PARTY!

The glass is all so thin and delicate..
I love the beautiful decorative top.

I took the top off so you could see inside a little better...

The cloche is so tall,
I set the top to the side for a clearer view.
The top made this great spiral light design on the tablecloth..
Magical :-)

Today I am Joining Cindy at My Romantic Home
For SHOW and TELL FRIDAY

Be sure to stop by her fabulous blog party!

White Floral Planter....

A Couple Weeks Ago,
I Went to a Beautiful Garden Center in North Seattle.
I Love to Go There to Get Inspiration,
but their Prices are through the Roof!

Every Year They Make Gorgeous All White Floral Planters,
and Every Year I Covet Them :-)

I Really Need to Learn to Bring My Camera,
so I Can Share These Things With You.
I am a little a lot shy about Public Photography :-)

So....anyway I Decided to Make My Own Version,
And Since I Already Had the White Pot it was Pretty Cheap!

Besides...
The Fun of Making My Own, was Personalizing....

I Love the Cottage Look of China Dishes In The Garden...
Tucked into Planters, and Around Flower Boarders....

I Pick them up Cheap or Sometimes Even Free at Garage Sales,
(chips are not a problem)
I Think Whimsey Makes The Garden:-)

I Tucked a Couple of Iron Fleur Hose Guards into the Pots Edge,
I Won't Be Needing any Hoses For Quite Awhile.

I Have a Rusty Iron Headboard Leaning on the Fence,
I Think it Makes the Perfect Backdrop for this Ranunculus Bud,
and I Love the Barely Purple Centers on this Primrose too.

Yesterday Right After I Finished Planting this,
 Hail Started falling,
Spring Really is Here!

Today I am Joining Two Blog Parties!
Please Stop By and Visit....

Pie Birds....

Although I Only Have a Few...
I Really Love Pie Birds.
(and my husband really loves pie),
so Everyone is Happy :-)

I Have a Few Small Black and White Pie Birds,
but,  I Really Enjoy the Colored Ones More.

The Blue Duck was the First One,
Then the Blue Bird.

I Always Thought it Looked Like they Were Singing....

Then I found this Fabulous Pink One,
on Ebay Last Year.

Two Sweet Baby Birds in the Nest,
Begging to be Fed (not singing).

Singing is much Sweeter don't you think?

Today I am joining Tam At The Gypsys Corner
For Three or More Tuesday

Stop by there and check out some lovely collections.
