Mottos for the New Year....

I am so excited for the New Year!

A clean fresh start,
a year of possibilities...

I have big dreams
and some big projects already under way...

having only one motto for the New Year
just didn't seem like enough...
this year....

so these are my
four favorites!

Dream in Color!

This Queen Don't Need a King....

She Flies with Her Own Wings....

but above all
Take Time to Stop and Smell the Roses....

Happy New Years Eve!
I wish you all a night of magic...

and,
 I want to thank you
from the very depths of my heart
for the love and encouragement you have given me
 this past year...

it has been a hard year
full of challenges...
but also full of growth...
and I am excited to turn the page!!

Happy New Year,
May all your Dreams Come True!!!

UN-Decking the Halls....

Some years,
I linger...

unable to let go of the magic of glitter
of twinkling lights...

this year,
I am in a completely different place...
I want to run forward into the New Year..
begin my new life...

I have broken out the tissue paper...

the tubs....

I have un-decked my halls...
I feel the need for changes,
for deep cleaning....

reflecting into the past,
and watching it fade...

 my cloches sit,
symbolically empty...

ready to capture
bits of new dreams,
new inspirations,
new treasures...

“And suddenly you know:

It's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.”

"She flies with her own wings"

Thank you for your visit....

On this Lazy Day....

On this lazy day,
after Christmas....

my focus immediately turns
to the garden...

the fact that's my lovely David Austin Rose catalog
just came...
sends my garden lust into overdrive...

so,
I am here on this chilly morning,
in a sweater and fuzzy socks,
sharing some photos of Garden posts past...

they warm my heart and get my blood flowing,
I hope you will feel the same way too...

Eden Roses and Catnip
how I miss fresh from the garden cuttings...

lovely Bonica...

Sweetness leaning lazily on the porch spindles....

climbing Eden....

how I love a cottage mix....

one of the very best parts
of searching through old photos...

is finding the throwbacks...

Sweet Daisy and Iris
just wee pups...

Daisy's wrinkled little head
just makes me giggle...

I cant wait to curl up tonight with
my new garden catalogs,
and my now much older pups :-)

Thank you for stopping by today...
