Are you a window peeker?
I admit,
as I am driving along,
I love to peek into house windows...
and,
Christmas Time is the very best time...
the days are so short now...
I came home well after dark...
peeking into my own warm home,
I thought you might
like a peek into my windows...
like a peek into my windows...
all the window glass
is the original old wavy glass,
it makes the photos
look a bit distorted
and so old fashioned looking...
through the front door,
into the little foyer...
you can see the neighbors colorful Christmas lights
reflecting on the glass...
my curious boy Cosmo...
I have been enjoying seeing everyone's snow!
we had the slightest dusting yesterday...
the early birds...
we have been so cold,
listening to Billie Holiday
I can't remember a worse December
Just watch those icicles form!
What do I care if icicles form?
I've got my love to keep me warm.
Just watch those icicles form!
What do I care if icicles form?
I've got my love to keep me warm.
the Koi Pond,
is nearly frozen all the way across...
the very last rose,
Blushing Lucy succumbed to the frigid weather...
I just planted her this summer,
on the lattice behind the fountain...
she is one tough lady,
look at those leaves,
after a week of icy weather!
I hope you are staying warm and cozy...
and
if you have had enough snow,
send a little my way...
I am joining...
Thanks for stopping by today!

Lovely peeking into your windows -- magical! I love the lights this time of year ... seems to make the dark of winter much easier to manage. Cosmo is adorable. Winter has been bad everywhere. Stay warm!
Oh yes, I look in windows all the time when walking Topaz. It's nice to peek inside your home Bella and see all the cozy Christmas Decor. You might know, if you're looking in, one of the dogs will be looking out wondering what you're doing.
Hugs,
Judith
Hi Bella, these are so beautiful and atmospheric photos from your house and garden. You truly have created your own wonderful world. I love the icicle ornament in the first photo. Could you please let me know where you got it? Your Italian Greyhound is just adorable. Wishing you a nice Christmas time and that more snow is coming your way. Warm regards,
Christina

Hi Bella, seeing your title I thought you were writing about me. It is my passion! Your tree, lights and beautiful little doggie look so lovely through your windows. What kind of camera do you use. I tried to take night pictures with my camera and they were all so blurry because of low lighting..The way the weather is going around the world, I'm sure you will have snow soon enough..Happy Thursday..Judy
Pure poetry, Bella! Every photo a feast for the eyes. Always love when you share your beautiful world. Hugs xo Karen

Salve Bella,
I loved this post, it warmed my heart. It is cold and foggy here in Umbria, so I can't send any snow your way.
Found you from Romantic Home.
Natalie
GORGEOUS, fairytale-like! XO

Hello Bella,
Beautiful home and decorations. I specially love the lace curtins against the lit tree.
My tree also is lit against lace curtins. Love the look. Stop by if you have a minute.

Oh! I am a window peeker, too, Bella! I love wandering up and down the road and seeing how people have decorated their homes. Your own house looks lovely! And what magic there is in your winter garden. The frozen water, the crumpled roses, hints of what was and what will be. xx
