so I thought we'd spend a little time there...

I would share my picket fence flowers,
nothing is better
than the backdrop of a picket fence
to showcase flowers,
and it makes a nice prop
to hold up the lanky ones too...
rain soaked roses,
nodding heavily....
the Peonies...
a perfect example of lanky flowers
propped on the picket fence...
effortless
cottage perfection...

and nearly open Fairy Lilies...

what a beautiful garden and house you have! I live in Austria and we do not have such pretty houses here. It all fits together so nicely, with the roses, peonies, the colours of your house, the lovely white chairs and the wreath next to the door. Just love it! I too have many peonies and David Austin roses in my garden, they are my favourite plants. I especially like the picture of your James Galway Roses. Thank you for sharing your wonderful garden!
