A picked up four small pink pine cone ornaments
and knew just what they would be perfect for...
I collect old flask shaped bottles
that have turned purple in the sun
but they have no stoppers...
These little pine cones are a perfect fit!
Since I try to refrain from decorating for Christmas
until after Thanksgiving....
This was a great way to play
without really being Christmassy :-)
I am completely pleased with the results!
pink pine cones "floating" on a mirrored lake...
sweet and sparkly...

Stunning Bella, They look great on the mirror and as stoppers in the bottles. I hate to decorate for Christmas until Dec. 1st. Have a great day.
Dearest Bella,
That was a very clever idea! Turned out perfect.

What a great idea! Your pictures are lovely!
Darling idea, Bella. They look perfect. I love those old bottles...and they turned that color just from sitting in the sun? Too, too cute! Hugs- Diana
Bella, the pinecones are gorgeous! We celebrate Thanksgiving in October here in Canada so it frees me up to start decorating in November.:)
Very pretty post!
Blessings,
Sandi
Bella! These little pinecones are darling and how perfect!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Bella, those little pink pinecones are about the sweetest I've seen. I've just finished filling a compot with some acorn ornaments, but I mixed in a few pinecone and nut ornaments to fill it out. All of mine are dark brown and green with a touch of glitter. I think this by far a sweeter look. Love it!
