Happy Saint Patricks Day...

I thought for Saint Patricks Day,
I would share with you,
a couple pieces of Belleek Irish Porcelain,
My sweet husband bought me,
many years ago,
and a random mug :-)
This is a vintage Belleek Thistle Vase,
It is so delicate..
Here is a close up of the thistle leaves and petals,
they are all hand applied.
This is a newer piece,
it was the first gift my husband ever bought me :-)
it's the Belleek butterfly salad bowl.
Here is the random mug...
It came from a garage sale forever ago,
it has no marks,
I have just always thought it looked very Irish.
I love the ruffled lip.

absolutely beautiful! i once saw an entire dinnerware set made similar to your top piece....all hand crafted by a small company. it was amazing.
