Something unusual showed up
in my little cottage today...
(click photos to enlarge)
The first to notice was Birdie Darling...
If you don't remember Birdie Darling
you can click here...
It showed up on his doorstep...
A clutch
of Robin's Blue Eggs...
unusual because blue rarely makes in appearance
around my cottage...
But... it does seem to be just the color
to make PINK pop!
I am joining...
Saturday Nite Specials
All us pink girls should step out of our SHELL's
and check it out!
(yes this CRACKED me up)
Thanks for stopping by!

I love blue and I love the color 'robin's egg blue'...one of my faves!
I adore Birdie Darling's cage. With all our cats, that's probably the only kind of bird we can have in our house!
I used to have birds when I was a teenager and I did have a big, gorgeous wooden cage for awhile, but my mother sold it at a rummage a loooong time ago. I wish I still I had it!
Oh I love your blue eggs Bella. At least yours aren't painted easter egg candies like mine! :-)
We've all discovered how Victoria has affected our lives and I think using bird cages for decor is one. I've always had them indoors & out with plants or just empty.
I like the effect you've created with a bird inside yours.

Hi Bella, what a beautiful sugar reminds us of the past, in the delicacy of the things we were doing, and with those small little eggs blue, give it a delicate touch, have a special gift to correctly place all the elements in the decoration. Rose Marie greetings

As always, really lovely, Bella.
I wish you a very nice week.

Sweet, sweet! I'm a little blue at our friend Olga's break with the blog! But your robin's egg blues are certainly cheery! Very pretty! Just like everything on your blog! Jacqueline
