I am running a bit late welcoming in spring!
In truth, I think spring is running a bit late in arriving
this year...

But, I am filled with cheer...
I adore old vintage aprons
in their cheery colors with ric-rack edges...
Since my kitchen and I are still separated
with the nasty floor refinishing...
it means less cooking, less dishes
and it's easy to see the romantic side of an apron
when it hangs lazily on the back of a chair
a crisp bow
tied from it's soft faded fabric...
(windflowers and unknown white blooms)
It's pocket filled with posies...
Happy Spring to You!

Hi Bella
I love the fabric of your vintage apron. The colours are especially delicate and pretty, perfect with the posy of flowers.

Lovely posies in the apron pocket. The calendar says spring, but the weather thinks differently:( Snow in the forcast. Take care. hugs, Jen.
What a darling way to display an apron and flowers! So springy! I don't think anybody could say you're late! Ha! Makes me want to get out all my pretty aprons. So, so sweet!
A lovely post to welcome your Spring in. We have just entered Autumn here in Australia. The colors of the posy are sweet and look great in the pocket of your apron.
How creative putting flowers in the pocket! Here in NJ, we 'were' celebrating spring, until Old Man Winter decided to give us a repeat performance ;(
Dear Bella, I´m looking forward to enjoy all the beauty of your garden and cheer up my dark days with your flowers.
