I am drawn to small things...
I love the dainty details...

like the delicate porcelain flowers on this tiny boot...
a mini boot maybe suited for a minuet,
but it can get lost on a shelf...
I also love the delicate details
of these fragrant Nemesia flowers,
I plucked from a planter on the patio...
they smell just like vanilla...
they do make a pretty pair....
but they still make a diminutive display...
so I placed them center stage
on a stack of china...
besides any excuse to display china
is a good thing :-)
