The weather has been beautiful today..
70 degrees is perfect in my book!
I have spend the afternoon working in the garden.
and.. I thought I would share some pictures
of my pink blooms...
(click photos to enlarge)
The Japanese Kwanzan Flowering Cherry tree...
the blooms just started popping a couple days ago.
Here is a close up...
I love the ruffley flowers.
and here is a group of little pink tulips on the hill.
the white tips are so pointed they look like thorns to me.
yes... that is a dandelion up front...
they are popping up everywhere.
Last week I made a mosaic on weeds
(click here if you want to see it)
Lots of people told me dandelions leaves are good in salad,
I haven't got my nerve up to try it yet :-)
I hope everyone is getting a taste of spring,
and has a wonderful weekend!
Today I am joining Beverly at How Sweet The Sound
For PINK SATURDAY.
Stop by and join the fun!
Thanks for stopping by,

Hi, Bella,
I am glad you all are enjoying some pretty spring weather. The cherry blossoms are gorgeous, and those tulips are wonderful, too! Thank you for sharing with us. Happy Pink Saturday, my friend! Love and blessings, Vicki
So pretty! I just love trees that flower!
There are a lot of Japanese tree lilacs in my town that usually bloom in June. They are so pretty and so fragrant; I love to walk in the city parks during that time because the air is just perfumed by them!
Hi Bella, Your garden look's verry nice. I am going to try foxgloves today in the garden. But I will have to stand guard for the snails and slugs. I think they might eat them up. I think I have a trick up my sleeve to keep them at bay. Have a great day gardening...Julian
The flowers in the cherry tree is just beautiful. What a sight it must be. And them when some pink ones fall into the ground - - - - it really is a beauty.
Your tulips have a more pointy petals. I think it's my first to see one like that. Most I see are rounded.

Very pretty pictures! I don't have the pointy tulips, but I do have the dandelions! Ugh...
So pretty! I love all of these, and it's so nice to see tulips as well. I often feel they get neglected, somehow.
Happy Pink Saturday!
My tulips are not quite ready to blossom yet and I'm excited to see them open up. Your tulips are so awesome. I think the white tips also look like thorns, pretty thorns for sure. Love your flowering tree. Will have to see if that is available in my zone. Enjoy the spring!
